Refunds & Returns

Because each piece is handcrafted from unique Sicilian sea glass, we operate a strict no-refund policy. We want you to love your jewellery, so please read our honest guide below.

Can I return my jewellery if I change my mind?

As a small independent brand working with bespoke sea glass and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. Each shard is one-of-a-kind, much like the wearer.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

While we pack every order with care in our London studio, accidents can happen. If your item is damaged during transit, please email us within 48 hours with a photo and we will find a solution.

Can I exchange it for a different shard?

Since each sea glass gem is unique in shape and hue, we don't offer exchanges. We recommend checking our photos carefully before purchasing to ensure you love your specific piece.

How do I contact you about an issue?

We are always here to chat. Send us a friendly note via our contact page or Instagram. We value our small community and will always be honest and fair with you.

Materials & Craftsmanship

Where does your sea glass come from?

Every shard we use is hand-picked directly from the beaches of Sicily. These organic gems are shaped only by the Mediterranean tides before they reach our studio.

What metals do you use?

We create our pieces using pure copper. We choose this warm metal specifically to embrace and highlight the natural tones and textures found in our Sicilian sea glass.

Where is the jewellery made?

Vetro Di Mare is a bridge between Sicily and London. The glass is gathered in Italy and every piece is then meticulously hand-assembled in our London studio.

Are all pieces identical?

No two pieces are ever the same. Because sea glass is shaped by nature, your jewellery will feature its own unique silhouette, frosting level, and depth of colour.

Jewellery Care

Stay Clear
Cleanse Simply

Treat with Love

To slow natural tarnish, please remove your copper pieces before you swim, shower, or exercise. It is also best to avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.

Gently wipe your copper and sea glass jewellery with a soft, dry cloth after use to remove oils and stay bright.

To prevent copper tarnishing, store in a dry spot using the original pouch or an airtight container.

Your handcrafted copper and sea glass is delicate. Please handle gently to keep it radiant.
