No Refunds or Returns
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including:

Incorrect sizing expectations
Natural variations in sea glass, copper, or handcrafted detailing
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
General wear and tear after delivery

As our jewellery is handmade using authentic sea glass and handcrafted copper wrapping techniques, small imperfections and variations are considered part of the design and uniqueness of each piece.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
