At Vetro di Mare, each jewellery piece is individually handmade and created as a unique one-of-one item. Due to the handcrafted and limited nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizing expectations

• Natural variations in sea glass, copper, or handcrafted detailing

• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

• General wear and tear after delivery

By placing an order with Vetro di Mare, customers acknowledge and accept that all items are sold as final sale.

As our jewellery is handmade using authentic sea glass and handcrafted copper wrapping techniques, small imperfections and variations are considered part of the design and uniqueness of each piece.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the item

• Clear photographs of the packaging

Any issues reported outside of this timeframe may not be reviewed.

Shipping Responsibility

Vetro di Mare is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered

• Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

• Shipping delays caused by postal services, customs, or courier providers
